Workshop Overview:
The Hero Journal Hour equips seniors with simple, heart-centered tools to guide their “adopted grandkids” or mentees through the Hero Journal Challenge—a reflective process that helps kids recognize their own hero moments and strengths.
Through discussion, writing prompts, and storytelling activities, participants learn how to nurture self-worth and emotional resilience in children by focusing on five key areas:
